Position: Medical Assistant
Location: Bellevue, WA
Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Role Overview:
This position requires experience with blood draws, PRP preparation, clinical assisting, and a strong understanding of aesthetic workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform blood draws accurately
- Assist Dr’s and nurse injectors during procedures and maintain procedural flow
- Prepare PRP/PRF and manage sterile technique
- Support charting, consents, photography, and patient education
- Maintain inventory and ensure fully stocked, clean treatment rooms
- Deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Certified MA (CMA or MA-C) preferred
- Experience in aesthetics or dermatology required
- Excellent communication and professionalism

Aesthetic Nurse Injector – The Stern Center for Aesthetics
Position: Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN or ARNP)
Location: Bellevue, WA
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Nurse Injector with at least 2 years of aesthetic injecting experience. Our ideal candidate is committed to natural results, safety, and exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inject neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, etc.)
- Perform advanced dermal filler treatments (cheeks, lips, jawline, chin, neck, body etc.)
- Administer Sculptra and Radiesse biostimulators
- Perform PRP/PRF injections and regenerative therapies
- Develop detailed, customized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and safety standards
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Qualifications:
- Active RN or ARNP license in Washington State
- Minimum 2 years aesthetic injecting experience is required
- Strong anatomical knowledge and commitment to safe injecting
- Polished, professional communication

Candidate must be able to multitask gracefully, maintain composure in a high-volume environment, and uphold the elevated service standards our practice is known for. This role requires someone who is personable, articulate, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring each patient feels valued, supported, and cared for throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, polished, and professional welcome to every patient
- Manage a multi-line phone system, scheduling, confirmations, and patient flow
- Assist patients with check-in, check-out, payments, memberships, and treatment plans
- Communicate seamlessly with providers to maintain smooth daily operations
- Handle patient inquiries with confidence, clarity, and care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and luxurious front office environment
